Kayla finished her Personal Progress last week. I am so glad she has been able to work through this PP program. She is a girl who likes to do everything and I think this helped her to balance all that she does and realize everything she is working so hard on has a purpose. Both my girls have AMAZING leaders they look up to and admire, so that has also helped her want to finish. Great Job Kayla, Im so proud of you.
This was the only recent picture I have of Breea, cuz like a mom, she is always BEHIND the camera. I am so proud of Breea, she works on her PP every Sunday and has done many of our FHE's and alot of reading to finish this. She is going to try to go through it again and do everything in a different way. Im sure it will go a little slower this time, but her goal was to finish before she was a Mia Maid and she is 3 weeks from her 14th B-day. Great Job Breea!
Sunday at church Kayla was writing her first name with all the boys she thinks are pretty great, last names. I remember doing this with my girlfriends. Then she did it for Breea and then I took it and starred the ones I would LET them consider having the last name of. We then decided to do it to poor little 10 year old McKenna. I thought she would say no way, but she whispered into my ear, "put McKenna Sorrano, then I could have Sorranos Mexican food every day". That girl has her priorities in line.
Sunday night some of Kaylas Mesa friends came over and watched their videos that they have made throughout their H.S. years. It was so funny to watch them.
Then some of them ended up staying so I decided to blog their weirdness.
this is a head shaking picture - Kayla didn't get into like the boys though
Gary doing a "self-portrait" I think there are about 10 of them on my camera now.
